SHRINK TUNNEL WRAPPING MACHINE
GENERAL INFORMATION
This very versatile shrink tunnel wrapping machine has been designed and developed with the food industry in mind, whereby the polyolefin and other food approved range of films can be readily shrunk.
The shrink tunnel can easily cope with the full range of PVC films used in the general shrink packaging industry.
FEATURES
The unit incorporates thermostatically controlled top and bottom heaters
The main chamber includes a pre-heat section together with a recirculation hot air system which delivers a highly efficient shrink system
The conveyor belt has a variable speed control system and the belt itself is manufactured out of heat resistant ‘kevlar’ delivering long lasting and durable performance
This shrink tunnel wrapping machine is of robust construction and is finished in a durable epoxy powder coating.
Moving parts and inner heat chamber are zinc plated to maintain food standards
The overall weight of the shrink tunnel wrapping machine is approx 35kg and is bench mounted (stands for the S-Tunnel and L-Sealer are available)
The tunnel operates from a standard 13 amp socket and is rated at only 2.4kw
