This versatile L-Sealer packaging machine has been designed as a space-saving bench / table top packing machine. As such it can be moved easily from one workstation to the next or can be easily removed from work areas altogether and conveniently stored when not required.
This machine has stainless steel pack and sealing tables, together with epoxy coated steel main frame and head. As such it is designed to be durable and easy to clean.
The machine is designed to use centre folded film and comes with adjustable temperature control which permits the use of the full range of food packaging films, including perforated food packaging films.
The machine is designed to use half folded food approved polypropylene, Plain and multi-perforated:400x200 (8”), 500x250mm (10”); 600x300mm (12”); 700x350mm (14”); 800x400mm (16”); 900x450mm (18”); 1000x500mm (20”).
The recommended thickness of the above films is 20 microns. If you looking to use the Bakerpack L Sealer with our Shrink tunnel the film Recommended is half folded polyester 50/50 shrink film these are produced In same sizes as polypropylene.

The film carriage range is from 150x300mm to 400x800mm this is decided by size of product.
PACK TABLE & FILM CARRIER
Readily slides in & out to give maximum versatility across the product range.
Will take up to 420mm (161/2) wide film. Narrow rolls of film can also be used to achieve cost effective packing as required.

SEALING TABLE
The 5 height positions on the L-Sealer packaging machine allows for effective packing of a wide range of produce including confectionery, large loaves of bread and multipacks and much more.
The L-Sealer packaging machine can also be used as a general packing machine for any products up to 330mm x 336mm (13” x 14”) and up to 230mm (9”) high.
